We were seated right away. You're served a large serving of tortillas chips along with salsa and beans. Eggs cooked to my preference, beans were a bit dry, meat was very tender and tasty. Overall very good. Coffee was very delicious. The one complaint is the playlist if we're in a Mexican restaurant, I prefer listening to Mexican music not merengue/ salsa music. I thought I was at a club.

This place is great !! A hidden gem ! Will definitely come back when im in vegas ! The price is nit bad for the flavor but the portions are small but the flavor and quality is worth it

After about 10 months, we can back here on a Saturday evening. Still with free chips, salsa and bean dip. I ordered the same thing - steak fajitas. I forgot to inform our server that I preferred it medium rare, and I was not asked either. I thought it was not that tender this time. It was still a good portion. My boyfriend previously ordered the enchilada. This time he ordered chili verde. He said it was flavorful, but not enough meat in it, and a little bit too much potato. Ambiance - not packed, well-lit, nothing extraordinary. Service was okay. Reasonably priced especially considering it is inside a casino. Good portions. Boulder station has lots of parking.

We are regulars at Boulder Station Casino and until this visit I was in a boycott of this restaurant because of changes to the menu and the food. However the wait was too long at the cafe. So I reluctantly tried it again. My husband got the carne asada tacos with rice & beans he was very pleased it was great! I chose the Chicken Molcajetes-oooohweee yummmmm! ObviouslyI had no idea what I was getting, there was sooooooo much food & let me tell ya, it was awesome! Highly recommend a visit!
